本條款規管您存取及使用 SSA 流動應用程式，以及與應用程式相關的帳戶功能。SSA 由 L2 Global Music Ltd. 營運。

存取或使用應用程式即表示您已閱讀並同意本條款。如您不同意本條款，請停止使用應用程式並聯絡我們。

SSA 應用程式並非供 13 歲以下兒童使用。使用應用程式時，您必須遵守所在地區的適用法律及年齡要求。

• 提供準確及最新的帳戶資料。

• 妥善保管登入資料，不與他人共用帳戶。

• 如發現未經授權的帳戶活動，立即通知我們。

• 對透過您帳戶進行的活動負責。

您只可為個人學習及其他獲允許的用途使用應用程式。使用應用程式時，您不得：

• 干擾應用程式、伺服器、網絡或其他用戶的正常使用。

• 嘗試繞過安全措施或取得未經授權的存取權限。

• 上載惡意程式碼，或以可能損害應用程式的方式使用任何自動化工具。

• 冒充他人，或使用虛假或誤導資料。

• 將應用程式用於非法、欺詐、騷擾或侵犯他人權利的活動。

• 除非適用法律明確允許，否則不得反向工程、解編或嘗試提取應用程式的原始碼。

應用程式內的軟件、課程內容、文字、圖像、影音、設計、商標及其他材料，由 L2 Global Music Ltd. 或相關權利人擁有或授權使用，並受適用法律保障。

我們允許您在遵守本條款的前提下，為個人學習目的存取及使用應用程式內容。此項許可屬有限、非獨家、不可轉讓及可撤銷。

未經我們或相關權利人書面同意，您不得複製、修改、發佈、公開展示或以其他方式利用應用程式內容，但適用法律允許的情況除外。

您保留對自己提交內容的相關權利。當您提交資料以使用應用程式功能或尋求支援時，您允許我們在提供該功能、處理您的請求、維持安全及改善應用程式所需的範圍內，儲存、處理及展示該等內容。

您必須確保所提交的內容屬合法、準確，並且不侵犯他人的權利。

我們如何收集、使用、儲存及保護個人資料，載於 SSA App 私隱政策。使用應用程式前，請閱讀該政策。

我們可能會更新、修改、暫停或移除應用程式的功能或內容，以維持安全、可靠性、兼容性或改善用戶體驗。如實際可行，我們會就重大更改提供合理通知。

我們會採取合理措施維持應用程式運作，但不保證應用程式在任何時候均不受中斷或錯誤影響。

如我們合理地認為帳戶活動違反本條款、構成安全風險、影響其他用戶，或法律要求我們採取行動，我們可能會限制或終止相關帳戶的應用程式存取權限。

如您認為相關限制有誤，請透過支援頁面所列的聯絡方式與我們聯絡。

應用程式可能包含第三方服務、整合功能或外部連結。第三方會按照其本身的條款及私隱做法營運。我們不會控制第三方服務，亦不會對其內容、可用性或做法負責。

應用程式及學習內容按其當時可用狀態提供。學習成果會因個人情況而異，我們不保證任何特定成果。

在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不會就使用或無法使用應用程式所引致的間接或相應影響承擔責任。本條款不會排除或限制法律不允許排除或限制的任何責任。

我們可能會不時更新本條款。更新版本會張貼於本頁面，並顯示修訂後的「最後更新日期」。在更改張貼後繼續使用應用程式，即表示您知悉更新後的條款。

本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。除適用法律另有強制規定外，與本條款或應用程式有關的爭議由香港法院處理。

These Terms govern your access to and use of the SSA mobile app and its related account features. SSA is operated by L2 Global Music Ltd.

By accessing or using the app, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app and contact us.

The SSA app is not intended for children under the age of 13. When using the app, you must follow the applicable laws and age requirements in your location.

• Provide accurate and current account information.

• Keep your login details secure and do not share your account with others.

• Notify us promptly if you discover unauthorized account activity.

• Take responsibility for activity carried out through your account.

You may use the app only for personal learning and other permitted purposes. When using the app, you must not:

• Interfere with the app, its servers, networks, or another user's normal use.

• Attempt to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access.

• Upload malicious code or use automated tools in a way that may harm the app.

• Impersonate another person or use false or misleading information.

• Use the app for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or rights-infringing activity.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code unless applicable law expressly permits it.

The software, learning content, text, images, audio, video, designs, marks, and other materials in the app are owned by or licensed to L2 Global Music Ltd. or the relevant rights holders and are protected by applicable law.

Subject to these Terms, we allow you to access and use app content for personal learning. This permission is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.

You must not copy, modify, publish, publicly display, or otherwise exploit app content without written permission from us or the relevant rights holder, except where applicable law permits.

You retain the relevant rights in content you submit. When you provide information to use an app feature or request support, you allow us to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the feature, handle your request, maintain security, and improve the app.

You must ensure that submitted content is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe the rights of others.

The SSA App Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information. Please read that policy before using the app.

We may update, modify, suspend, or remove app features or content to maintain security, reliability, compatibility, or improve the user experience. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

We take reasonable steps to keep the app operating, but we do not guarantee that it will always operate without interruption or errors.

We may restrict or end app access for an account if we reasonably believe its activity violates these Terms, creates a security risk, affects other users, or requires action under applicable law.

If you believe a restriction was made in error, please contact us using the details on the Support page.

The app may contain third-party services, integrations, or external links. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

The app and learning content are provided as available at the relevant time. Learning outcomes vary between individuals, and we do not guarantee a particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential effects arising from use of, or inability to use, the app. These Terms do not exclude or limit any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you acknowledge the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms or the app will be handled by the courts of Hong Kong.
